Succession planning is securing your company’s future through your existing and future leaders. We achieve this process by using the right tools and with a well-designed implementation process. Getting the emotion out and being able to identify what is important for the success of the corporation, and it’s future is the difference in a successful succession, as well as a succession that will carry out to the end.

Succession requires setting a date for when you will transition to a new role or step down from your current leadership position. This is crucial and often challenging for CEOs, presidents, and executive leaders.

Having succession is the life of the organization going forward and without it, you will be stuck attempting to keep people together going in the same direction, many times without a vision or a great mission of how to get there.
An essential component of successful succession planning is having an implementation plan with designated individuals responsible for carrying out each step. This role should never be assigned to the CEO, president, or executive leader, but rather to someone outside of these positions.
